This place is a joke, they made my car worse than when I brought it in to get fixed. They broke my door that had no... problems at all before I brought it in, they ac to ally stole parts from the driver side door to fix the broken door! They destroyed my back up camera in the process of re painting my bumper, they destroyed all my parking sensors I don’t even know how, they put the wrong color mirror on my car, they gave me a loaner car for 4 months with completely shot breaks that went out on me on the road. Wish I could give this joke of a body shop 0 stars because they wasted 4+ months of my timeread more

First of all, no one at this location will tell you the truth, everyone lies. My 10 day auto repair took 6 weeks, they... left off two emblems that I had to go back and get installed and then they glued a broken piece of trim to my vehicle because they broke off all the locking tabs (I found this out when I went to replace the cracked trim piece). They lost my bumper valance and when I came in an showed them they said they would get a new one for me and then blocked my phone. I also have a drip and orange peel in my paint job, this is the worst company I have ever taken my truck to get repaired. The other reviews must be from employees or family, because they are not correct.read more

I thank Robert, Doug, and their crew enough for fixing my baby (Toyota Tacoma). On May 9th, (Mother's Day) I was in... Southern California. Someone in the early morning hours miscalculated the length of my truck that was parked next to their car. They placed their car in reverse, turned the car wheel, and their front bumper or front end hit my driver's side rear flare and tore a hole in it. In addition, then scraped a deep scratch on the right side end bumper. This person drove off and never left a note. I drove back to Nevada devastated and called Doug the next morning. He told me to come down and he would take a look at it. He saw the damage and gave me a very fair price to repair the truck back to new. He said the truck will be ready by Friday. He called Thursday and said, "The truck is fully repaired and you can come and get your baby." I was happy and surprised that the Sin City Collision Center repaired my Toyota Tacoma early. I arrived and the repair to my truck was beautiful!!! They replaced the rear flare, buffed out the deep scratch, and matched the paint color perfectly. They even buffed out the yellow stains inside the headlights to make the truck look new again. When Robert and Doug both came out to greet me, I hugged them both and started crying because they did an great job in making her beautiful again.Robert and Doug, thank you so much for your tireless effort in making my baby look great again. I stopped by Sin City Collision Center after going around town checking for stimates. What made my experience different... from other body shops I visited before was the amazing customer service I had from Israel Hernandez. To begin with the shop is really nice and clean and the location is convenient for me. As soon as I walked into the office I was greeted by Israel. I said I had questions and needed some numbers for repairs on my car. He invited me into his office and step by step answered every question I had, gave me quotes on the repairs and the prices were very reasonable. Israel was very professional and made me feel welcomed since the beginning. He gave me his business card and said he would gladly answer any other questions. I just cannot explain it. It's very rare to get genuine customer service these days but I experienced that today. I was... devastated when I saw a dent in my new car while picking up the kids from school. It's not that big, but that's where I look when I see my car...you guys know the feeling.I took my car to his company as it is nearby my office, quoted for $40 which is already amazing, less than 30 mins later my car was ready to go. He showed me where he fixed it, seriously I thought it was somewhere else since I couldn't tell. There was this tiny scratch that came with the dent and he couldn't remove it but that's not his fault. I was beyond happy to just see that dent went away. Because he couldn't fix the scratch he only asked for $20. I mean who does that?? Amazing work, price and customer service all around. I'm hoping to not coming back with a new dent but if I do I will never bring my car anywhere else.read more
